Can I take the dietary supplement permanently?
After a 3-month course of treatment, we recommend a break of 1-3 months before taking the product again. Thus, with a break in intake, we give our body the opportunity to produce the collagen itself again. If we give it the same information every day without a break, over time it will lose the ability to produce these elements itself.
