The company was founded in 2009 by Ronald Bugglin, MD and Werner Stricker, CFO in Baar.

At the beginning of 2010, an exclusive distribution agreement was signed with mesoestetic^® Spain for the distribution of the entire product range.

Thanks to rapid growth in Switzerland, expansion into Germany followed. Silkmed Distribution GmbH in Munich was founded and signed the exclusive distribution agreement with mesoestetic^®.

Our first, own swissestetic product - hyalupro^® the modern Beautyshot - was launched.

We are proud of our ISO certifications in Quality Management 9001 and Environmental Management 14001, which are renewed every year.

Meanwhile we are represented in Germany, Austria, China, Kuwait, Egypt, Greece and in Sweden with our complete product range.

In 2024, we relocated to more spacious and modern premises. The new location offers sufficient space for our growing team, optimizes workflows, and creates a more pleasant environment for our customers.

All our products are manufactured exclusively on our behalf and according to our own specifications. This controlled in-house production enables us to ensure consistently high quality and specifically prevent parallel imports and the distribution of unauthorized goods.
